The vision for this project was to transform a basic powder room into a luxurious, fully functional bathroom that perfectly complements an adjoining guest suite and balcony. With a modern Hamptons-inspired design, the space was enhanced with elegant contrasting matte black tapware, a rain head shower, and a sleek in-wall cistern to maximize both style and functionality.
To accommodate a spacious shower, structural modifications were made, expanding the room’s layout. The tile selection featured an exquisite super-gloss white Tundra wall tile paired with matching non-slip Tundra floor tiles, creating a cohesive, high-end look. Functional details include a tiled niche, a stylish strip drain, and epoxy grout for a watertight seal, providing peace of mind and lasting durability on the upper level.
