We were asked for this large two-story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home to have a complete revamp. Our client was a busy lady who traveled often for business. She knew she wanted a complete renovation, but as with many clients, was completely overwhelmed with where to even begin! She also didn’t have the time to go out and make all her own selections due to her travelling. So, we happily did it all for her, knowing that she requires a low maintenance, beautiful but functional kitchen space. The brief was: • minimalist, fresh and light, with gloss white cabinetry and no handles • easy to clean bench top and open plan chef’s kitchen • creating a centerpiece with seating • removal of all dated face brick and brown feature beams

The colour palette for this kitchen consisted of white gloss, grey and a pop of carrara pattern. After we obtained the client brief, we designed the new spaces, selected all colour schemes and materials, decided on what appliances would work best and chose tiles, plumbing selections and lighting. We came up with a comprehensive plan to present to the client. In 6 short weeks the entire kitchen and living area was transformed…quite literally into a shiny new version! The mix of light grey colours and gloss whites remarkably transformed this dated kitchen. The luxurious carrara splash back complements the kitchen’s colour palette perfectly. You instantly feel relaxed and refreshed in this new kitchen looking out to the pool area. We removed all face brick in the kitchen and living area, designed a kitchen with exceptional storage options and functionality and created a perfect blend of subtle colours to enhance the luxury of this custom designed chefs kitchen. This kitchen has a lot of clever inclusions: • Under bench joinery includes deep, wide drawers to provide maximum storage without having to bend into low deep cupboards, wasting valuable space at the back. • Gloss white push to open cabinetry which creates a perfect option for a kitchen where handle free cabinetry is a must. As well as concealed waste management. • The stunning new breakfast bar with seating for four is now the entertainer’s centerpiece of the whole design. • A preparation space that is functional and overlooks the pool. The owners love the way the kitchen works, the options for entertaining and how the whole living area has been transformed into a modern masterpiece. In addition to the kitchen and living area, we also renovated the upstairs ensuite and bathroom was well as the laundry and powder room.
